Comment | Moulton in the deanery of Bocking (Bockyn), a peculiar of Canterbury. In original text, in the second reference to Walker he is described as Wiiliam rather than John. The institution concluded with note that Richard Chipper who claimed to be vicar was cited to appear at St. Paul's on 10 July to propound his interest and say whether he had cause that John Walker should not be inducted to the vicarage. [Chipper had been instituted to the vicarage 17 Oct. 1564]. p.817. |
