We Robert James Bp Worc hereby allow the within named John Piercy Clerk LLB to serve the Cure of Halesowen .. instead of the Cure of Weethley and do assign unto him for his maintenance in the said Cure of Halesowen to which he has been duly nominated by George Biggs Clerk Vicar of the said Parish the yearly stipend of one hundred pounds .. together with the use of the Glebe House in which he is to reside with the Garden and Offices thereto belonging.
