Comment	This is included on a loose sheet and contains no apparent date, reason for subsription or details, title or office about the man subscribing. After entry date 4/11/1673 The form is also unusual as it appears to be an oath of allegiance to the crown and the authority of the Church of England as well as the subscription to the articles of religion. Written in Latin, but not in his own hand (presumably by Gulielmus LLoyd, whose signature also appears).
