Comment | Patron 'Colman alias Foster'. This is Earle 'the diarist' so often quoted in Frere and Kennedy's Visitation Articles and Injunctions. Patron Colman was on of the 'Plumbers Hall' leaders of 'separatism' mentioned in Grindal's correspondence. The record gives a vast list of grants which leads to his disposal of St Mildred, dating back to 1533. |
