Comment | Henrison was instituted by proxy in the person of Master Henry Myme, clerk, following writ de clerico removendo dated 7 Nov. 31 Henry VIII (1539). rehearsing recovery of advowson in the king's court held by the justiciar of Chester at Flynt, Thursday after feast of exaltation of holy cross, by Edmund Clyfton, Robert Palmer, clerks, and Nicholas Burde against Robert, Bishop of St. Asaph and Hugh Whitforde, clerk, Patron by virtue of assignment by Thomas Davy and Lord Thomas Panton, clerks, who had obtained the right of patronage from Edmund, former Bishop of St. Asaph, with the consent of the chapter of St. Asaph as confirmed with their seal.
