Whereas We did on the Thirteenth day of November in the Year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty four give and grant to you our licence and Faculty (to continue only during our pleasure) to perform the Office of a curate in the Parish Church of Shepton Mallet in the County of Somerset within our Diocese of Bath and Wells. Now by virtue of the power and authority vested in us ordinary and Episcopal for sufficient causes Us hereunto moving We do by these presents revoke annul and make void the said Licence And we do hereby dismiss you the said William Mellard from performing the Office of Curate in the Parish Church aforesaid from the day of the date of these presents Given at London the thirtieth day of May in the Year of our Lord (1826) and in the second Year of our Translation -
