297. Flat stone: Here lieth the body of the Rev Brooke HECKSTALL L.L.B late Rector of St Ann Aldersgate in the City of London who departed this life April 5th 1780 aged 55 years. And near this place are deposited the remains of the Revd Abraham Heckstall MA father of the above named Brooke Heckstall and sometime Curate of this Parish who quitted this transitory State March 28th 1754 aged 61 years. As are also those of the wife and daughter of the above named Abraham Heckstall and of Mrs Mary LAURENS late of the Parish of St John Zachary the last of whom died March 11th 1773 aged 75 years.
