One of these names, ‘clerk,’ was s. of Nathaniel, V. of Bledlow, Bucks., 1798-1837, of the Gilbert family of Antigua, W. Indies. Married Grace (his cousin), dau. of the Rev. Melville Horne, of Antigua. A member of the Council of Antigua and living in 1840: ‘dead’ in 1854. A Nathaniel (? his father) was R. of St Paul's, Antigua, 1810-15, and another, of 32, Packerton Terrace, London, is recorded in Clergy List up to 1866. (Hist. of Antigua, I. cxlix; II. 13.)
