Assumed the name of Noel Hill, 1824. Succeeded his brother William (1791) as 4th Baron Berwick, 1842, being the third brother to succeed to the title. Mayor of Shrewsbury, 1824-5. Trustee of Shrewsbury School. Married, Jan. 16, 1800, Frances Maria, dau. of William Mostyn Owen, of Woodhouse, Salop, and had issue. Died Sept. 28, 1848, at Attingham Hall.
