Unable to find in Venn or Foster; perhaps graduate of a Scottish university?
Could he be same as RC CCEd ID 68136? this suggestion based on fact that the patron of the parishes at Exton, and of Greetham,Rutland was Lord John Harrington of Exton, to whom he was also chaplain. Harrington's sister was Lucy, Countess of Bedford; her husband, 3rd Earl of Bedford (Russell)was patron of the living of Sowton, Devon, where a Robert Campbell was appointed in 1617.
