**** error - it seems certain that this Thomas Broade was never at Chaldon, Surrey; that is likely to have been one of the same name (CCEd ID 92237) - despite the Venn/Foster collusion.
www.chaldonchurch.co.uk/history-chaldon-church specifically notes that buried in the chancel of Chaldon church is Rev. Thomas Broade who died 20 Oct, 1738; also hard work on the www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?topic=558778.0 shows that there has been confusion between the two men. The one below held Turnaston, and Benefield, the other Chaldon.
