Headmaster of the proprietary school at Plymouth, which, under him, ‘enjoyed a high degree of prosperity and reputation.’ Headmaster of Repton, 1832-40, where he is said to have ‘conducted that establishment with equal assiduity and success.’ Died Dec. 18, 1840, at Repton priory.
