Foster; son of Thomas of Gloucester (city), cler. (CCED ID 159448); PEMBROKE matric. 6 Nov. 1771 aged 18; BA 1775; V of Churcham with Bulling (sic - for Bulley) (Chapel), Gloucs., 1785; R of Sunburie (sic - for Saintbury) 1786.
Rudge "History and Antiquities of Gloucester" says he was precentor of Gloucester cathedral and died on 22 Dec. 1800 aged 47 - this was same year as his father (about July aged 74) - both also at Welsh Bicknor, father rector, 'younger' curate.
