The Bodenham appointment seems likely; Bannister's Institutions gives him instituted there in 1687, the year he ceded at Ashford Bowdler. It also gives his date of death as 1710 and a new vicar appointed (Hathway) so the only partly completed lib. cler. entry of 1712 is likely to be an error
