One of these names (not in Clergy List, Index Eccles. or Oxf. Grads.) was V. of Orston, Notts. in 1804, when he had lic. for non-residence, on account of being C. of Whitechapel, London; from 1810 ‘on account of the unfitness of the parsonage house for his residence therein, he being stipendiary minister of Trinity Chapel at Mile End in the County of Middlesex and Lecturer of St Mary's, Whitechapel.’ (Thoroton Soc.
