Archbishop of Canterbury, 1848-62. Married, Mar. 31, 1803, Marianne, dau. of Capt. George Robertson, R.N., and had issue. Died Sept. 6, 1862, at Addington Park, Surrey; buried in the churchyard there. Recumbent effigy in the nave of Canterbury Cathedral. Brother of Charles R. (1810) and Robert (1800), (Eton Coll.
