Married Ellen, dau. of Walter Fawkes Vavasour, Esq., of Westonhall, c. 1787. [They had two sons (1) John, of Lincoln College, Oxford; (2) William Elmsall, solicitor, of Lincoln.] Treasurer of the Lincolnshire Clerical Fund. Died Aug. 22, 1829, at Minster Yard, Lincoln. (G.
