Plenipotentiary at Berlin), at Weybridge, Surrey. Author of a Hymn of Thanksgiving on the occasion of the late Victories and for other signal national Mercies and Deliverances (1814); and other Poems. Died Oct. 1, 1824, at Ramsgate, aged 68.
