Presumably Owen, Lewis, s. Rob., of Oswestry, Salop, militis. Christ Church, matric 15 Mar 1713-14, aged 18; BA from All Souls Coll. 20 Feb 1717-18, MA 1721, BD 1729, rector of Barking, Essex, 1735, and Wexham, Bucks, 1742; died at Barking in 1746; brother of William 1706. See Foster's Index Eccl.
