R. of Wistow, Hunts., 1825-7. Married Susan, dau. of Charles Dickens, R. of Hemingford Grey, Hunts., Jan. 22, 1785. Died Dec. 20, 1829, at Conington. Buried in Fenstanton Church beside his father. The Fellows' garden, or The ‘Wilderness,’ was laid out under the direction of ‘Capability’ Brown, to whom the College presented a piece of plate. Father of Lancelot R. (1803) and Thomas C. (1818).
