Fasti Herefordenses gives him as vicar choral 1596, year of death 1606, but adds that he was rejected after causing the society (of Vicars Choral) much trouble - probably the 1598 record 'not perpetuated'.
Could also be CCED ID 82474, a detached precentor ordained 1594 to serve any cathedral..
