May be the same as ID 11528, but there are two John Burtons DD in Foster 1500-1714, although the two entries do seem a bit muddled. ID 11528 died in 1771 (see ODNB) although the next appointment to Worplesdon was not until 1774. It seems unlikely that there would have been a similar delay in two other livings, so maybe this is the other John Burton DD.
