Sept. 22, 1797, at Winterbourne.] School, Bristol (Dr Goodenough). ' Matric. Easter, 1821; B.A. 1825; M.A. 1830. Ord. deacon, 1825; priest (Bristol) Aug. 28, 1825. R. of St Peter's, Bristol, 1829-67. Died May 4, 1867, aged 69. Buried at Arno's Vale cemetery, Bristol. M.I. at St Peter's, Bristol; ‘for 37 years he laboured in this church as a faithful Shepherd of the sheep.’ Brother of Edward C.
