Married Caroline Staple, niece and foster-child of Charles Digby, of Hackney, and had issue a daughter. Edited Burn's Justice (‘which made the work truly valuable’) and other works of law. ‘He was a man of the most honourable principles, and a firm friend to the Constitution of his country.’ Died Oct. 24, 1815, at Witnesham, after a long illness.
