Michs. 1796; Browne Scholar, 1797; B.A. 1800; M.A. 1803. Fellow, 1801. Adm. at the Inner Temple, June 17, 1799. Married Caroline Staple, niece and foster-child of Charles Digby, of Hackney, and had issue a daughter. Edited Burn's Justice (which made the work truly valuable) and other works of law. He was a man of the most honourable principles, and a firm friend to the Constitution of his country. Died Oct. 24, 1815, at Witnesham, after a long illness.
