(which does not mention his Cambridge career) he had been at Queen's College, Oxford, c. 1582; died Nov. 13, 1653, aged 87; and was buried at St Mary's, Warwick: dates which do not agree with his age at ordination.
Noted as constituted to serve cure of Thames Ditton, Surrey, when ordained in May and June 1601.
