Perhaps the Henry Rice (but B.A.; none of these names at Oxford), who was P.C. of Swingfield, Kent, 1809-14 and P.C. of Buckland, 1814-21. Licensed (as M.A.) to C. of River, Mar. 29, 1815. G. Mag. 1801, 672, gives the marriage, on July 20, 1801, of the Rev. Henry Rice, eldest s. of the late Henry, Esq., of Brantling, near Canterbury, to the only dau. of the Rev. G. Lefroy, R. of Ashe.
