Married (1) 1829, Isabella, dau. of William Scott, of Clifton, and Broadgate, Devon, and had issue, three daughters (one of whom died early); (2) 1850, Anna Dove, dau. of Jonathan Steele, of Poole, Dorset, and had further issue of one daughter; (3) 1857, Elizabeth Harriett, dau. of Felix Boylan, of Dublin.
