Michs. 1752; Scholar; B.A. 1756; M.A. 1759. Fellow. Ord. deacon (Lincoln) May 21, 1758. R. of Stowford, Devon, 1762-99. R. of Coryton, 1794-5. R. of Sydenham Damarel, 1795-1822. The latter benefice is claimed for a Pembroke College, Oxford, man (1788), who was probably a son of this man. (Al. Oxon., which also mistakenly gives ‘Slowford.’)
