Had previously matric. from St Edmund Hall, Oxford, May 20, 1812. Ord. deacon (Norwich) June 9, 1816; priest, 1817. V. of St Andrew's, Plymouth, 1824-69. ‘His practical piety during the visitations of cholera in 1832 and 1847 will be his best claim to the grateful recollection of all classes in Plymouth.’ Author, Sermons, etc., Died Dec. 1, 1869, aged 76.
