R. of Congham St Mary with St Andrew, Norfolk, 1839-41. Married, Sept. 23, 1790, Mary Postle, at which time he was described as ‘of North Walsham.’ Died Jan. 13, 1841, aged 82, at Botesdale. (St John's Coll. Adm., IV. 301, which, confusing him with his son William (1810), states that he was V. of Griston, 1836-60; Cambridge Chronicle, Oct. 16, 1790.)
