Described as fellow of New College, Oxford, in 1730.
probably Foster: s. Thomas, of Bicester, Oxon, cler. (ID 21588?) NEW COLL. matric. 17 Nov. 1724, aged 17; B.A. 1728, M.A. 1732, of Deynton, Gloucs. and after of Bicester, died 1799.
As he is described as 'junior' on his institution as vicar of Bishopstone, S. Wilts, while the prebendary of Bishopstone presenting him is Thomas Coker senior, it is reasonable to assume they were father and son.
