Entry in Foster causes questions - first half of entry appears to fit well, information about benefices from 1844 and date of death do not fit at all. Given is:
son of Samuel of Hereford (city), gent; WORCESTER COLLEGE matric 20 Mar. 1810 aged 23, BA 1813, MA 1816 [R Glentham 1844 and of Normanby Lincs 1844 until death 30 Jul. 1858 aged 72]
(Herefordshire Archive and Research Centre gives this name as holding non-resident benefices of Bridge Sollers, Mansel Gamage, Upper Bullinghope in 1833 and residing in the benefice of Byford; The Hereford Times newspaper gives various evidences of him as JP in these localities, and refers to his will of 1866, earliest mention of his death in Mar. 1866).
