This could be (as Willcocks) in Foster: son of Humphrey of Pin(hoe) Devon, gent; ORIEL, matric. 12 Jul. 1661; aged 17; BA 1665; MA 1668; perhaps R of Clungunford, Salop 1673 [or V of Whatton, Notts]; see Foster Ind. Eccles.
The Whatton suggestion is unlikely as the dates do not fit.
Following Bannister's Institutions, it seems fairly clear he was R at Clungunford 1673 to 1675 at same time as being R of Mainstone, and having been curate at Mainstone in 1668. A John Wilcox was R of Mainstone in 1660 but could not have been this one below (see CCED ID 174566); and there are others of this name, one ordained priest in 1662 (ID 174567) which might or might not have been 174566 and another ordained deacon in 1638 (ID 174567) and about the date given on the record there has to be some doubt given the ordinary and ordaining ordinary's dates.
