Fielding, p. 323 states: Stampet chantry, Dartford, 1540-9; vicar of Wilmington 1540-2; curate of St Clement's Rochester, June-Dec. 1540; again 1552-6; ex. test. suo, to be buried in the chancel, 1555. But Fielding also states there is a 'Robert Bacon junior', whio is deprived of Wilmington in 1558. So I may have merged two separate clergymen into one.
