Minor Canon of Chester Cathedral. Assumed, by Royal licence, 1805, the name of Molyneux, pursuant to the will of William Molyneux, of Hawkley Hall, Pemberton, Lancs. Married, Sept. 19, 1799, Elizabeth Jackson, dau. of Thomas Taylor, of Lymm Hall, Chester; and had issue. Buried Jan. 5, 1830. (A. P. Burke, Family Records.)
