VENN may have confused two men with similar names. Both Edward FAN or FAMME and Edmund FENNE or FAME are B.A. 1522-3; M.A. 1526. VENN then has Edward FAN or FAMME as B.D. 1546-7. Fellow of CORPUS CHRISTI, in 1547 (perhaps from 1531). Minister of St Benet's, Cambridge, 1551-70. See ID 24161
