While Venn ticks off Foster here, we similarly are not convinced by Venn. We have assigned Monksilver to ID173974 on the basis of Foster AO and the Gentleman's Magazine, and the death date which is there confirmed. We've also assigned Bessingham to another on similar grounds, in this case 115915. [RAB2017]
