The evidence records for Edward Tilson clearly relate to two people, but the separation of them into 3567 and 3568 is dependent at present on Fielding:
vicar of Eynesford 1671-1726; Lullingstone 1671-1726: Buried at Eynesford 1726.
Venn bears this out as follows: adm. sizar. aged 16 at PETERHOUSE 29 June 1665; of Notts., perhaps son of Robert (1638); school Carlton, Notts., matric 1665; BA 1668/9; ord. deacon York Mar. 1668/9; priest by Gloucester at Holborn 27 Feb. 1669/70; R of Eynsford, Kent 1670-1726; R of Lullingstone 1671-1726; buried Eynsford 1726; father of Edward (1717) and of Robert (1721/2)
LPL, VB 1/7/129 gives Tilson, Edward (Kings Coll. Camb., A.M.) Date 1726 Dispensation to succeed father (Edward I., decd.) V. Aynesford als. Eynsford, Kent
