The name is too commonplace for secure linkage between sources twenty years apart. However, given that the Chester ordinand, 1542-4 [28133], has as his entitlement a member of the Merseyside family of Bold, it is possible that he is also the Curate of Farnworth, Prescot parish in 1565 [37092].
