[The identity of this man has not been definitely established. He occurs in Crockford as LL.B. 1834, of Trinity Hall, but no such degree is assigned to him in our records. Rupert Simms in Bibliotheca Staffs. gives the Rev. John Boyle, V. of Stramshall, as author of religious works but mentions no University or degree. In Gent.
