R. of Althorpe with Amcotts, Lincs., 1786-1837: ‘the ill-feeling which exists between the R. of Althorpe and the inhabitants prevents any good thing being accomplished’ (Archdeacon Stonehouse's Visitation). R. of Doddington, 1788-1837, where ‘he seldom officiated.’ Died Oct. 10, 1837, ‘aged 82.’
