Feb. 23, 1752; and probably priest (Lincoln, Litt. dim. from York) Mar. 10, 1754. V. of Belton, Leics., 1763-95. R. of Osgathorpe, 1764-95. R. of West Leake, Notts., 1795-1804. Died Apr. 2, 1804. On the death of Francis, Earl of Huntingdon, Oct. 2, 1789, he became hereditary successor. The title was afterwards allowed to his nephew. (Scott-Mayor, III. 577.)
