A typical specimen of the Liberal Churchmen reared around Dr J. Jebb, Archdeacon Blackburne and Bishop Edmund Law. Author of many pamphlets on the Wars of the American and French revolutions, and of Letters and Sermons. A frequent correspondent of the Gent. Mag. Died Nov. 22, 1815, at Market Rasen.
