C St Barnabas 12/12/1832-19/3/1848; V St Jude's Liverpool 1/1849-2/1850 where less successful; 2/1850-6/1864 V Christchurch Moss Side, Manchester; 6/1864-d 24/12/1865 St Paul's Penzance, where completely restored the church at own expense in main; moved to Penzance as health failing, and had suffered heart trouble for a long time; preached Sunday before death.
