Michs. 1812; B.A. 1817; M.A. 1821. Fellow, 1815-31. Ord. deacon and priest (Winchester) 1830. R. of Sutton, Surrey, 1831-66. Died Nov. 23, 1866. Buried at Sutton. Brother of Charles (1815) [CCEd ID 109713] and Thomas (1808)[CCEd ID 76504]. (Eton Sch. Lists; King's Coll. Adm. Reg., which gives 'died Nov. 30’; Crockford; G. Mag., 1867, I. 118.)
  
  Nephew of Giles, CCEd ID 64052.
  
  However, ordination records conflict with the above. They give ordination as deacon in 1819 (LD from Winchester to Salisbury) and as priest in 1820 (LD from Winchester to Gloucester)- otheriwse this does seem to be the same person.
