The only Rich. Jenkins who is MA in V/F at this time is FOSTER: pleb. ST EDMUND HALL, matric. 11 April 1660, B.A. 1663; M.A. from GLOUCESTER HALL 1666.

Educated at Saint Edmund Hall, Oxford, B.A. 1663, M.A. 1666 (Alumni Oxonienses). Appointed Rector of Corsley, Wiltshire in 1667. Rector of Street, Somerset, until 1672, then Vicar of Frome, until his death in 1702. His son John (1673-1731) was appointed Vicar of Frome in 1702 and a Canon of Wells Cathedral in 1704.
