  Brother and executor of John, v. of Ottery St Mary where he is described as of Pitminster (1660), and is therefore likely to be the Thomas Forward ejected from Pitminster for nonconformity in 1662.
  Walker Revised p. 208 states TF was curate to Walter Travers v of Pitminster and succeeded as v. on his death on 7 Apr 1646. He died Dec 1687
