The bulk of this subscription book, fos. 1–44, covers the period from 5 June 1710 to 5 Mar 1714. Then there is a gap until 21 May 1720, after which occasional subscriptions have been entered until 1805.

The bulk of this document, fos. 20r–117r, relates to the episcopate of Bishop Talbot. At the end there are a few stray subscriptions on institution and one schoolmaster from the periods of Bishops Willis and Hoadly.
